«Round table» on the opening day of the Year of Youth

On January 22, 2019, after the opening of the Year of Youth, students of the English group of the project «I teach in English» of the specialty Chemistry - Biology, held an open conversation with the Rector of the University Takir Balykbayev, in a round table format. During the conversation, the rector Takir Balykbayev shared information about the Year of Youth and expressed the confidence in young people. He also highlighted that the youth, must learn to work diligently to contribute to the development of the country.

The students asked a lot of questions in connection with the opening of the Year of Youth, shared their views and opinions about the prospects for it. Takir Ospanovich spoke about interesting events in his student life.He stressed the importance of dignity, honor and modesty, because these qualities emphasize the importance of the individual as a representative of the human race.

The rector informed the students about some interesting events scheduled to be held in 2019 at the university. During the conversation, Takir Ospanovich expressed the trust of young people and emphasized that «... young people should study hard and work hard on themselves in order to become fully competent specialists, and this will directly contribute to the development of the country».

At the end of the meeting, the rector wished the students success in their studies. «May the Year of Youth be truly fruitful for you!»,- he said.
