Main functional responsibilities of the structural unit:

- Methods of financial analysis and planning.

- Principles and procedures for recording income and expenditure.

Main job responsibilities:

- Drawing up an estimate of income and expenses;

- Development and formation of calculations of the cost of training, accommodation in a hostel, norms, limits and other services rendered by the University;

- Compiling staffing schedules and calculations;

- Budgeting of the University;

- Drawing up budget requests.

Travel on business trips:

Education:

Higher financial, economic education.

Professional experience required (duration, field, other)

At least 1 year experience in financial and economic field.

Professional competencies:

Analytical skills (make forecasts based on available data).

Personal competences and qualities:

Ability to work in a team, responsiveness and aspiration to excellence in their profession.

Knowledge of languages, including the national language (list of languages the candidate should be proficient in)

Kazakh and Russian languages,

Knowledge of English will be an advantage

Computer skills:

Advanced knowledge of Excel, ability to work with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, 1C.
