ISSUES OF SUPPLEMENTARY EDUCATION ARE BEING ACTIVATED

In the capital, at the Institute of Education of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University in Astana, Chairman of the Board – Rector of the University Bolat Tilep met with the Director of the Republican Educational and Methodological Center for Supplementary Education of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Gulnar Abisheva. During the meeting, a memorandum of mutual cooperation was signed. The Republican Educational and Methodological Center for Education is an institution that provides extracurricular supplementary education for schoolchildren and youth.

The center coordinates educational, methodological and educational work, introduces advanced pedagogical practices, implements supplementary education programs, organizes professional development for teachers, and strengthens cooperation with educational institutions and organizations. This is particularly important for Abai University, which operates in a pedagogical direction.

In this regard, in Astana, Chairman of the Board – Rector of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University Bolat Tilep and Director of the Republican Educational and Methodological Center for Supplementary Education Gulnar Abisheva held a meeting and signed a memorandum aimed at enhancing bilateral cooperation.

The main components of the document include improving the field of supplementary education, strengthening the professional training of pedagogical staff, coordinating scientific research activities, and introducing innovative technologies into the educational process. In addition, the parties discussed the use of artificial intelligence elements and the support of gifted children. The parties agreed to implement joint scientific projects, develop courses to improve the professional competencies of teachers, establish educational and methodological laboratories, organize joint events, and promote volunteer initiatives.

In the future, professional ties between the university and the center will be further strengthened, and additional initiatives aimed at improving qualifications will be implemented.
