Abai University and the Kazakhstan Golball Federation signed a memorandum of cooperation

On February 18, 2025, a memorandum of mutual cooperation was signed between Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University and the Goalball Federation of Kazakhstan. This important step was taken to implement joint projects in the fields of education, sports, scientific research, and culture.

Under the memorandum, the parties plan to exchange experience, conduct scientific research, involve students and faculty in sports events, and increase the popularity of goalball within the university. Additionally, the parties plan to organize joint events, conferences, and seminars in the future. New projects and initiatives, especially sports programs for people with disabilities, will open additional opportunities.

In the future, university students and faculty will have the opportunity to participate in innovative goalball projects and sports events for people with disabilities. The parties also plan to develop educational programs in a new direction and conduct joint research within social projects.

On behalf of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, the memorandum was signed by Vice-Rector for Social Development Makhsat Zhakauov, and on behalf of the Goalball Federation of Kazakhstan, it was signed by President Musryat Elibayev. This important step will strengthen cooperation between the two parties and contribute significantly to the development of national education and sports.
