This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and protection of users` personal data when interacting with the NJSC "Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University" (hereinafter referred to as the University, we).

• contacting via WhatsApp
• filling out forms and applications
• contacting the admissions committee or University services

The collected data is used for:

• providing consultations (including to applicants)
• processing applications and requests
• informing about educational services
• improving the quality of service

3. USE OF WHATSAPP

The University uses WhatsApp Business to interact with users.

In this process, data may be processed with the involvement of Meta Platforms, Inc.

Personal data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases:

• stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
