Dyusebayeva Gulnar Karataevna  was born in Pavlodar on September 8, 1953. In 1970 she graduated from the Secondary School and entered the History Department of the Kirov Kazakh State University, in 1976 she graduated. 1976-1980. worked as a teacher of history and social studies in secondary school No. 8 of Pavlodar, 1980-1982. teacher of the Department of History of KAPSS and Scientific Communism in the Pedagogical Institute of Pavlodar, from 1982 to 2005. in AASI-KAZGAS, Almaty, teacher at the Department of Scientific Communism and Social Sciences and Humanities, from 2005 to 2013. teacher at KazNPU named after.Abai worked at the Department of History of Kazakhstan, from 2013 to 2019 at the Narkhoz University as a teacher of social sciences and humanities at the Department of OOD, from 2020 to the present at the Department of History of Kazakhstan.academician T.S.Sadykov.
