Continuous pedagogical practice in the system of dual education


On November 22, 2019, the teaching staff of the Department of preschool education and social pedagogy, 1st year students of the specialty «Preschool education and upbringing» together with Taraz state pedagogical University held a Republican on-line methodological seminar on the topic: «Сontinuous pedagogical practice in the system of dual education: ways of using personality-oriented innovative technologies based on the research of al-Farabi and Abay».


The Republican on-line methodological seminar was attended by the Kazakh national pedagogical University named after Abai, Taraz state pedagogical University, branch of NCPD «ORLEU» Institute of advanced training of teachers of Zhambyl region, Branch оf the center of pedagogical skills of AEO «Nazarbayev Intellectual schools» of Taraz, South Kazakhstan state pedagogical University, gymnasium school №30 and 11 secondary school of Taraz.

The opening of the on-line seminar was attended by Deputy Director for Research and International Relations, Bagdat Mazhinov and head of the Department of Preschool Education and Social Pedagogy, Ulbosyn Kiyakbaeva, who congratulated and wished the participants successful work.


The seminar consisted of theoretical and practical parts, where the topics were discussed: «Miracles of practice», «My first lesson», «I studied», «Who is faster, who is stronger?», «The legacy of Al-Farabi and Abay», «Portrait of a teacher», «Betpe-bet», «Open microphone» and «Best of all ...». At the end of the seminar, the results of the competition were summed up and nominations were awarded to the most successful participants.


Of particular interest was the question of what a modern teacher should be. Students took an active part in its discussion and shared their opinions. In the «Open Microphone» section, Professor I.R. Khalitova, who is the author of the idea of introducing «Abaytanu» in secondary schools of Kazakhstan, recommended using the great Abay`s heritage in the educational work of preschool institutions, spoke about his works from the point of view of his contemporaries and about the psychological aspects of the works steppe philosopher-humanist.
