Council of Young Scientists of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University established by the Rector in October 2012. Council of Young Scientists of Abai KazNPU is a deliberative collegiate body representing the interests of young scientists and professionals working and studying in Abai KazNPU.
The main purpose of the Council of Young Scientists is an association of young scientists of the University, the expression of their interests and assist in raising the professional level and a more complete realization of the scientific potential of young scientists.

The main objectives of the Council of Young Scientists of Abai KazNPU are:
-informing young scientists on scientific programs, funds, projects, conferences, seminars and other events organized by universities in the country of Kazakhstan and the CIS and foreign countries;
-to establish a database for research and development of young scientists research organization, research institutes, higher educational institutions through training and publication of a collection of scientific works of young scientists of the University, as well as publication of the journal "Bulletin of Abai KazNPU "Series: young scientists;
-encouragement of scientific work of young scientists of the University through special events, conferences, seminars, round tables, schools and training;
-formation and expansion of a network of contacts with the Soviets young scientists from other universities of Kazakhstan and abroad, research centers through the development of cooperation with the Council of Young Scientists of the Republic of Kazakhstan universities and foreign countries;
-all possible assistance to increase the professional level of young scientists of the University, facilitating the process of their development.
