DEAR CANDIDATES!

 

You have to go through the third stage of the competitive selection - the delivery of standards for physical training.

Standards for physical training will be adopted in accordance with the following standards:

Each standard for physical training is assessed individually. The overall score for physical fitness is derived by summing the scores for the three exercises. When calculating the total score, the rating is «unsatisfactory», count as zero points.

For more information about the candidate in the amount of not less than 8 points.

A candidate who scores less than total physical training 8 points, not allowed to the next stage.

The results of the stage are communicated to candidates immediately upon completion.

Retake of standards for physical training is PROHIBITED, therefore we recommend the following instructions:

1.Listen carefully to the explanation of examiners, performance indicators for regulations, security measures.

2.If at the time of passing the standards you have complaints about your health, inform the examiners.

3.Choose a comfortable form of sportswear.

4.Before passing the standards, spend a sports warm-up.

5.After reviewing the results of the stage you need to subscribe to the statement
