Osmanova Gulaina Zhalalieva
Born on April 15, 1978, in the village of Zhanatalap, Tulkubas district, Turkestan region. In 1985, she entered the first grade of Zhanatalap Secondary School, graduating in 1995.
In 2001, she enrolled in the Faculty of Law at Abai Almaty State University and graduated with honors in 2006 from Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University with a degree in Law. In 2007, she began studying at the Faculty of Philology at KazNPU, where she graduated with honors in 2009 in Kazakh Language and Literature. She completed her Master`s degree in Law at the Kazakh Academy of Labor and Social Relations in 2015.
In 2018, she entered the PhD program at Turan University, specializing in Law, which she completed in 2021. In 2022, she defended her dissertation to obtain a PhD in Law (6D030100 - Jurisprudence).
Since September 2006, she has worked at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, initially as a senior lecturer in the Department of Criminalistics and Forensic Expertise and currently as an acting associate professor in the Department of Law. She is a professional mediator and a first-category instructor of specialized subjects.
In 2007, she was recognized as the "Best Teacher" of the Criminalistics and Forensic Expertise Department. She received a Presidential scholarship from 2004 to 2006. In 2009, she won third place in the republican competition "Söz tapqanğa" on the "Til tirégi" program aired on the "Khabar" channel.
Gulaina has received various acknowledgments, including a letter of gratitude from the national channel "Kazakhstan" (2012) and from her students (2013). Her scientific work was awarded at the republican competition by the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan in 2020. She also earned first-degree diploma in the Republican Blitz Tournament "Person. Society. Law" (2020), along with the "Ozat pedagog" badge and a certificate of honor for her diligent work in educating a knowledgeable generation. She was awarded the "Üzdik pedagog" badge by the Teachers` Society of Kazakhstan (2023) and the "Abai" badge by KazNPU (2023), along with several letters of gratitude and certificates of honor for her active contributions.
Gulaina actively publishes scientific works in journals indexed in Scopus. She is the author of two monographs, two textbooks, an electronic educational guide, and over 200 scientific articles. She is also involved in scientific projects that have resulted in copyright certificates.
