Contemporary Approaches in geography education

In the period from September 23 to October 5 at the Institute of Natural Sciences and Geography at the Department of Geography, Ecology and Tourism, a two-week course «Contemporary Approaches in Geography Education» was held by Associate Professor of Geography and Social Sciences of the University of Gazi (Turkey, Antalya) Bulent Aksoy.

This course is intended for undergraduate and graduate students, as well as for those who want to replenish their knowledge base and improve professional skills.

The first week was devoted to the study of geopolitical concepts and schools, and to the study of the geopolitical balance of power.

In the second week, training on the processing of statistical data using the SPSS computer program was conducted.

At the end of the course, all students were awarded with certificates.
