King of poetry Mukagali Makatayev

On February 6, 2020, the Institute of Natural Sciences and Geography hosted the literary and compositional evening «King of Kazakh poetry», dedicated to the birthday of Mukagali Makatayev. The event was organized by senior teachers of the Department of Biology Rita Saimova, Elmira Kauynbaeva, Zhanat Bukharbaeva and freshmen of the specialty «Biology».

Director of the Institute Kulyash Kaymuldinova made a welcoming speech. A video about the life of a famous Kazakh poet was shown at the event. The concert program was supplemented by interesting games, the active participants of which were awarded prizes. At the end of the meeting the Deputy Director for Educational work Nurlan Manapov and Senior Lecturer Dana Seksenova made a speech. They noted that this event was held at a high level.
