XII Summer Universiade

Students of the national athletics team of KazNPU named after Abay took part in the XII Summer Universiade. In particular, Abdizhappar Alisher won first place in the men`s 100m dash, and Bekeshev Nuraly took second place. Among girls Karimbekova Alua was 3rd in 100m race. Dudchenko Arina took the 2nd place in the shot put event. Berdimbetova Kamilla, Yakovenko Ksenia, Dudchenko Arina and Myrsydyk Zhanar took the 2nd place in the 4/100 m relay, and the team won the 4/400 m relay. Among girls, Zhanar Myrsydyk took second place in the 400-meter hurdles, and among men Abdenbek Otanbek took third place. In the long jump among girls Myrsydyk Zhanar took 3rd place. Aligazy Meirzhan achieved the same result among men.
