The Alatau team, consisting of students majoring in 6B05203-Geography, took first place at the XVII Republican Subject Olympiad, held in Astana.

The XVII Republican Subject Olympiad for Students in the Field of Study `B052 - Earth Sciences` was held on November 18-19 in Astana, at the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. The Alatau team, comprised of students from the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Geography, Department of Geography and Ecology, majoring in 6B05203-Geography, broke through their group and once again took first place. Being recognized as `excellent` for the second year in a row and being recognized from afar is a great honor.
