On January16, 2016 at the auditorium №410, main educational building of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University Abai, Institute of Philology was held a seminar-training with teachers-trainers, which was held from February 02 till March 20, 2015 training programs for coaches of high schools in NIS in Astana on the base of pedagogical skill by level program for Advanced Training of Teachers of Kazakhstan, which was developed jointly with the Faculty of Education, University of Cambridge.
Under the new system of training within the leveled programs to share best teaching experience coaches candidate of philological sciences, senior lecturer Satemirova Dariga Amantaykyzy "Training and new methods of training " (work with the group); candidate of philological sciences, senior lecturer Rayeva Gulzat Magauovna "Critical thinking "; candidate of philological sciences, senior lecturer Sayan Zhirenov Amanzholuly "Training of creative children"; candidate of philological sciences, senior lecturer Shamakhova Akmanat Ibraevna "Plan of lessons" ; Master, lecturer Ashіrov Zhanіbek Satypaldyuly "Using of information-communicational technologies " held a session for academic staff of the Institute of Philology. The organizer of the seminar-training made by head of the Institute of Philology doctor of philological sciences, docent, a leading Methodist Rakhmetova Raigul Saduakaskyzy.
The main objective of the seminar - to introduce  with modern approaches in education, the basic ideas of training programs of the third level and seven modules. The idea of the seven modules of Cambridge approach to learning and teaching in each subject was traced. Trainings were accompanied by interactive games, practical group assignments, discussions, presentations, videos and handouts. During the training, special attention was paid to various forms of collaboration, the formulation of pedagogical objectives, planning the lesson. Academic staff of the Institute of Philology actively participated in the training, noted an unconventional form of the workshop, liked that they were in the role of students, noted the advisability of implementation in their classrooms.
