International forum on teacher education

The Department of pedagogy and methods of primary education cooperates with the Institute of psychology and education of Kazan Federal University (Kazan, Tatarstan) for the third year. Within the framework of this cooperation, various events are held: an essay contest «my profession is a teacher», a contest «Presentation for a lesson», round tables on topical themes of primary education.

This year, a senior lecturer of the Department of pedagogy and methods of primary education Ekaterina Ryabova took part in the IV International forum on pedagogical education held by the Kazan Federal University on may 22-24 as part of a business trip to the city of Kazan from may 21 to June 2.

A distinctive feature of this event is its utilitarian orientation: the Forum is visited to find solutions to the actual pedagogical problems that teachers face in their work. The work of the sections was aimed at modeling the personality and professional activity of a new type of teacher.

E. Ryabova made a report at one of the sections of the forum «Personal and professional self-determination of students in the conditions of modern educational system» (the article is written in co-authorship with Azatgul Kdyrbaeva). The presentation aroused interest among the audience, and the speaker gave exhaustive answers to all questions. Ekaterina Ryabova also spoke about the University, its history and current activities.

The next V international forum on teacher education will be held in 2019.
