IV republican aitys of young poets «Menin pirim - Suyunbaі»

Within the framework of the 175th anniversary of Abai, the IV Republican Aitys of Young Poets «Menin pirim - Suyunba» will be held on February 14-15, 2020, at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University in order to revive our native art, promote aitys and improve the ability of young poets.

Aitys of young poets will be judged by the honored poets of the Republic of Kazakhstan, led by the laureate of the orders «Parasat» and «Kurmet», Chairman of the Board of the International Union of Akyn-improvisers Zhursin Yerman.

Aitys prize fund:
The grand prize is 350,000 tenge
1st place - 200,000 tenge
Second place - 150,000 tenge
Third place - 100,000 tenge

There are also 12 special prizes worth 50,000 tenge.

Students from 18 to 29 years of age take part in the debate.

The debate will be held in two stages.

The selection round will take place on February 14 at 11.00 in the conference room of the main building of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University. Address: 13, Dostyk Ave.

The final stage will take place on February 15 at 11:00 in the Zhambyl Kazakh State Philharmonic. Address: 35, Kaldayakov Street
