Knowledge Day in the new academic year

On September 2 of the new academic year 2025-2026, teachers of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports R.Kokebayeva, L.Orynbayeva and activists of the student dean`s office held an introductory event for first-year students. The main purpose of the meeting was to introduce the first-year students to the academic policy of the university, its structure, traditions and features of the educational process.

At the meeting, the teachers presented the main departments, training areas, and also talked about the opportunities for participation in the scientific, cultural, and sports life of the university. The students learned about the order of the educational process, the schedule of classes, access to electronic resources and consulting support.

Special attention was paid to the issues of adaptation in the new educational environment. The teachers gave useful tips on how to effectively organize studies, interact with other teachers and not be afraid to ask for help.

The event was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere, which helped the first-year students feel like part of a large university family. At the end of the meeting, the students were able to ask their questions and communicate with the teachers.
