At Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, the staff of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness annually conducts surveys of students, faculty members, university staff, employers, alumni, and other stakeholders. The purpose of the surveys is to collect information and feedback from participants in the educational process to improve the quality of education, meet student needs, and enhance the effectiveness of academic programs.
