On April 24, 2026, the Department of General and Applied Psychology actively participated in the Open Day of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University. The event was held in a warm and inspiring atmosphere. Doctoral students and undergraduate students of the department took part in the organization and implementation under the guidance of the person responsible for career guidance - Kunslu Kadyrrkulovna Tusubekova.

As part of the program, participants conducted a psychological training session for school students aimed at increasing their interest in the profession of a psychologist. During the event, students watched a video about the departments activities and were presented with information about the «Training of Practical Psychologists» program and the profession of a psychologist.
