“Secularism is the spiritual support of the state”: educational hour

29 April 2024 In the 5th dormitory of the Institute of History and Law, the club "Rukhaniyat Bastauy" organised an informative and educational meeting with students of the dormitory on the theme "Secularism - spiritual support of the state". The event was attended by senior lecturer of the Department of Political Science and Social and Philosophical Disciplines of the Institute of History and Law, Abai University, Dr PhD Bakytzhan Saparov and the head of the club Orynbekov Nurlan. Emphasising the importance of preservation, he spoke about how to protect oneself from the influence of destructive religious movements. He also warned about the responsibility for spreading extremist ideas. During the meeting, the students received the information they needed and comprehensive answers to their questions.
