Secularism as the basis of constitutional construction

On December 7, 2023, the Almaty Humanitarian and Economic University held an open guest lecture on the topic: "Secularism as the basis of constitutional construction." The lecture was given by a teacher of the Department of Political Science and Social and Philosophical Disciplines of the Institute of History and Law of Abai University, Orynbekov Nurlan and the head of the center "Ulttyk Tarbie" Saparov Bakytzhan.

The lecture program included many topical issues of the secularism of the state. The purpose of this event is to discuss and consolidate the concept of secularism in Kazakhstan, as well as the formation, especially among young people, of important components of national identity: history, language, traditions, identity of the Kazakh people, national interests, interethnic tolerance, social harmony. All this serves the patriotic education of students. The lecture was attended by students from the Department of Economics, Services and Law. At the end, the students provided feedback and an active discussion took place. The lecture was held at a highly qualified level.
