“Event “Mirzhakyp: Awakening the National Spirit”

On November 12, 2025, M. Dulatov School-Gymnasium No. 136 hosted a festive event dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the prominent writer and public figure Mirzhakyp Dulatov, titled “Mirzhakyp: Awakening the National Spirit.” The event welcomed the grandchildren and great-grandchildren of Mirzhakyp Dulatov, as well as the well-known film director Kalila Omarov as honored guests. The organization of the event was supported by 4th-year students of the 6B01302 – Primary Education with Business Innovation program of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University — Shukirgali Gulaiym, Karamanova Dana, Asqarkyzy Zhibek, and Mundyzbay Torgyn, who are completing their teaching practicum at M. Dulatov School-Gymnasium No. 136. The event was also attended by lecturers of the Department of Primary Education of Abai University — Zhankushkov Bauyrzhan Orazayuly, Kalbergenova Sholpan, and Amangeldikyzy Azhar, who provided academic and methodological support to the students. The event aimed to promote the valuable legacy of Mirzhakyp Dulatov and to foster national identity and cultural awareness among the younger generation.
