Abai University doctoral students completed a scientific internship in Turkey

From April 14 to May 14, 2025, second-year doctoral students of the educational program «8D01301 - Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education»: Nursaule Dzhanbyrbayeva, Dina Khabieva, Zhadyra Zhantasova, Alua Ibraikhanova, Bakytkul Esentaeva, Laura Kozhakhanova, and Akkalam Zhekeeva successfully completed a scientific internship at Hacettepe University in Ankara, Turkey.

The purpose of the scientific internship was to exchange experience in scientific institutions related to their dissertation topics and to gain experience together with a foreign academic advisor.

During the internship, the doctoral students followed a prearranged program. They got acquainted with the research base and academic staff in the field of primary education at Hacettepe University; received consultations on their dissertation topics from academic advisors; attended lectures by faculty members Berrin Akman, Aysel Çoban, Özlem Baş, Dila Nur Yazıcı, and Bilge Gök, exchanged experiences, and familiarized themselves with students and educational programs. They also visited Ahmet Andiçen Primary School in the Çankaya district of Ankara to exchange experiences in primary education and participated in the seminar titled «An Important Step Towards the Unity of the Turkic World - Alphabet Unity» organized by the International Organization for the Study of Culture and Language in Ankara.

As a result, each doctoral student received an international scientific internship certificate and had a great opportunity to strengthen their international academic ties.
