Nursultan Nazabayev`s  Five Key Reforms 

Head of the State Nursultan Nazarbayev immediately after the inauguration launched five institutional reforms announced by him at the XVI Congress of the Party "Nur Otan". Currently in Kazakhstan there is a general discussion of the 100 concrete steps to implement these reforms. Reforms attract attention and foreign politicians. A bold step of Kazakh Leader, who has decided to spend in the country such large-scale reforms in such a difficult time for the whole world, caused a wide resonance in many countries.
100 concrete steps became the object of discussion of "Round table", which took place on May 27 of the current year in Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai organized by Faculty of History and work with Foreign Students ( Chair of Political Science and socio-philosophical disciplines).
In the discussion participated pro-rector for Academic Affairs, Professor Kulsarieva A.T., Dean of the aforementioned faculty Professor Zhumagulov B.S., Head of the chair of Political Science and socio-philosophical disciplines, Professor Absattarov R.B., representatives of the academic staff from other faculties of University and guests from different universities of Almaty City.
Pro- rector Kulsarieva A.T shared with the audience with his views on the five institutional reforms of the President Nursultan Nazarbayev, and elaborated on the problems of education and science at the present stage.
With the basic report to explain the goals and objectives of the reform spoke academician of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Kazakhstan Kaldybayeva T.Zh. among the participants of the "round table" held a wide exchange of views on the role of educators and science in the implementation of the reforms proposed by Head of the State Nursultan Nazarbayev.
