The seismic exercise was held at the University

On 12 September, 2018 at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University at the order of the rector Takir Balykbayev was conducted a seismic exercise titled «Actions of the leading, command staff, teaching staff, students, workers and staff of the university in the event of an earthquake».

Students and teachers of the Institute of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics participated in the exercises organized for forming the right behavioral skills and safety behavior in the event of an earthquake, as well as the provisions on the risk of earthquakes and post-earthquake incidents. During the exercise, the students were evacuated to the safe place from university audiences.

The Director of the Institute of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics Murat Bekpatashev, deputy directors and teaching staff attended the event.
