International cooperation of the Department of Economics in the 2023-2024 academic year

 

The directions of international cooperation of the Department of Economic Specialties cover the development of interaction with partner universities (including academic and scientific cooperation), the organization of foreign scientific internships for undergraduates, the participation of teachers of the department in international scientific conferences and professional development programs at foreign partner universities.


In the period from September 4 to December 24, 2023, as part of the academic exchange, 3rd-year students of the EP "6B04107-Economics (double degree)" Azieva Naira, Yerkinbekova Asem, Ormanova Zarina, Ibragimova Dilnaz, Masheev Arnur studied at the University of Poitiers (France). During the training, the students studied the courses: Labor economics, Econometrics, Financial market, Derivatives, Business steady (English), International economics, Geographical economics, Health economics, Applied microeconomics, Statistics, Business economics.

Julia Shablova, a graduate student of the EP "7M04106-Makreting", has been studying under the Abai-Verne program at the University of Strasbourg (Université de Strasbourg) under the MIC Program (Management et ingénierie de la créativité) since September 2023. The course aims to develop the technical and behavioral competencies necessary for successful project management in diverse and changing environments.

 

In the period of 13.10.2023-26.10.2023, undergraduates of the department completed a scientific internship at Istanbul University (Turkey).
