Anti-Corruption Council meeting

A meeting was held in order to prevent corruption and the formation of an anti-corruption culture and zero tolerance for corruption, to introduce an anti-corruption management system in accordance with the requirements of international standards. This meeting was held in accordance with the action plan approved by the rector. The event was attended by the vice-rector of the university, chairmen of the committees of the Council on the fight against corruption at the university A.F. Seitzhanov, B.Kh. Toleubekova, T.D. Tasbolatov, director of the center «Parasat» K.T. Usipov, director of the Department of Academic Affairs X .N. Zhanbekov, Advisor to the Rector for Youth Affairs M.D.Zhakauov.

This meeting was held on October 29 at the Institute of Natural Sciences and Geography. The vice-rector for educational work and social development of the University Zhanatbek Ishpekbayev opened the meeting. In his speech, he noted the importance of taking measures to prevent corruption at the university and presented the composition of the commission under the Council on Combating Corruption. He then spoke about the work of the Center «Parasat».

During the meeting, the methods of the preventive work of the Anti-Corruption Commission were informed and explanatory work was carried out to prevent the facts of corruption at the university.

Based on the results of the meeting, the participants formed specific proposals on promising anti-corruption measures.
