A psychological training on the topic «Confident step towards the exam» was held in the dormitory
On December 15 and 17, 2025, a psychological training on the topic «Confident step towards the exam» for students of the dormitory was organized by the Psychological support service.
The purpose of psychological training is to reduce pre-exam anxiety among students, increase their psycho-emotional stability, build self-confidence, develop skills in effective management of stressful situations and provide support in psychological preparation for exams.
In order to establish a positive interaction between the participants, the training began with the exercise «Movement and name». Psychological exercises «Frankly speaking...» and «Exam image» were conducted to identify attitudes to exams and related fears. The Brain Center exercise was also conducted, aimed at overcoming internal tension and fears, as well as developing openness. During the training, the psychologist demonstrated to the students neurohymnastical exercises and techniques of diaphragmatic breathing.
At the end of the training, the students formulated their own conclusions in an interesting discussion format and gave feedback using the «Warm Wishes» exercise.
About 50 students from dormitories No. 1 and No. 2 of our university took part in the psychological training.
