«Initation into the ranks of students» event

On October 14, 2022 festive event «Initation into the ranks of students» was held. Organizers - Department of education, social work and youth policy and Department of Youth Affairs. Darhan Bilyalov, Chairman of the Board-Rector of Abai KazNPU, addressed the first-year students with a welcoming speech, wishing them success on their way to new knowledge. «Student life is a very important period in a person`s life. It is a period of professional development, when life principles and needs are shaped more clearly. A lot of opportunities for further development open up», said the rector.

The traditional festivities began with the parade of first-year students. One of the best first year students took the oath of allegiance, received the key of knowledge and a student card. More than 2,000 people attended the solemn event.

Kazakhstani pop stars played at the celebration. Ulangasyr Kami, Akim, Marat Duman, Nursultan Nurberdiev, Zhanuzak Yeldos and Sadyk Beybarys as well as talented youth of our university enjoyed their art. Students celebration continued with a disco party with participation of MC Niko and DJ Austin.

The event was held at a high level and left a lasting impression on all participants.
