Participation in the International Scientific Conference “Modern Approaches to Literary Studies”

On May 16, 2025, Doctor of Philology, Professor, and Head of the Department of Russian Language and Literature Saule Abisheva, together with postdoctoral researcher Madina Moldagali, took part in the international scientific online conference "Modern Approaches to Literary Studies", organized by Smolensk State University (Smolensk, Russian Federation).

Within the framework of the section "Poetry. Quantitative Philology", they presented a joint report titled "Digital Methods in the Study of Poetic Coloristics". The report explored contemporary digital approaches to analyzing poetic color imagery using the works of T. Madzigon, with the help of artificial intelligence tools, the program "Zvukotsvet.ru," and the "Digital Portrait of a Text" program on the Literon© platform.

The presentation was prepared as part of the scientific project "Zhas Ghalym" IRN AP22685804 "Integration Potential of a Digital Platform for Studying Poetry", funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2024-2026.
