The final stage of the `Almaty Ustazy` competition has ended, and the winners have been determined.


The final stage of the traditional `Almaty Ustazy` competition among creative young teachers, organized in Almaty on September 24, 2025, has come to an end.

 

This competition has been organized among school teachers under the age of 36 since 2021. This year, 13 teachers who successfully passed the first and second stages advanced to the final stage and defended their original projects on the theme `I am a teacher leader.`


According to the results of the competition, Nursultan Sagintayuly, a graduate of the Chemistry Department of the Kazakh National University named after Abai and a chemistry teacher at school-lyceum No.146, won the grand prize. He was awarded a financial reward of 5 million tenge and the opportunity to undergo an international internship in Singapore. This victory is a clear demonstration of the high professionalism and creative work of Nursultan Sagintayuly.


The jury included Zulfiya Unerbayeva, professor of the Department of Chemistry, KazNPU named after Abai. It is important to note that the competition was fair.


The «Almaty Ustazy» competition is an important project aimed at supporting young teachers and raising the status of the teaching profession. In such a practice area, young specialists can get acquainted with advanced methodologies and contribute to expanding the scope of modern pedagogy.
