Online guest lecture for students of the speciality «tourism»

On November 25, 2020, an online guest lecture by Omar Meruert, Director of Sxodim Travel was held for students of the speciality «tourism». A meeting with her was organised by the State Central Committee of the Russian Federation and Akbota Becken, a lecturer at the Institute of Natural sciences and Geography. 40 people attended the lecture, which lasted one and a half hours. During the event, the guest shared her experience in tourism, tourist activities in Kazakhstan and abroad, as well as spoke about the differences in the activities of travel agents and tour operators, the state of the tourist market during the pandemic, and gave practical advice. During the meeting, students asked questions, showing interest in the lecture. Students expressed their huge gratitude and wished to hold such events more often.
