 Responsibilities: 
- Maintaining personnel records: employment,   dismissal, vacations, transfers of employees, time sheets, etc. 
- Development of regulatory documents,   regulations, job descriptions in accordance with the rules of the enterprise; 
- Regular monitoring of the labor discipline of   employees; 
- Office work 
- Accounting for all incoming and outgoing   letters, control over time and quality of execution; 
- Control over the execution of university   orders, instructions, orders; formation of orders in accordance with the   standards and regulations; 
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations in   terms of office work standards; 
- Continuous improvement of knowledge in the   field of office work and their application in practice; 
- Responsibility for the entrusted work area 
Conditions: 
- Five day work week 
- Registration according to the Labor Code of   the Republic of Kazakhstan
