Webinar «Actual problems of spiritual and moral education of students»

On April 08, 2022, within the framework of the decade of Science, the Department of disciplines of the pedagogical cycle of Abai Kaznpu University held a webinar for students of the 1st year on the topic: «Actual problems of spiritual and moral education of young people».

The main organizer and moderator of the webinar was Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of the Department of disciplines of the pedagogical cycle at the University K. K. Zhampeisova, who drew attention to the fact that this webinar is held annually and has become a tradition for 1st year students who pass the discipline «National Education», and introduced other moderators and speakers.

Professor, Head of the Department of disciplines of the pedagogical cycle at the University Кolumbayeva Sh.Zh. addressed the participants of the webinar, updating the importance of research competence as future specialists for the formation of students ` speech in front of the audience, their own opinion and many other skills necessary for pedagogical activity. Sholpan Zhaksybayeva thanked the students who are studying through the experience, and wished everyone successful, fruitful work, so that participation in the webinar will give an impetus to their further development in solving the problems of spiritual and moral education of students.

The report of Tatyana Marchenko, a 1st-year student of the specialty «defectology», on the topic «Modern aspects of the development of the mentality of Kazakhstan`s youth: the mentality of Generation Z « aroused great interest. Tatiana took an active part in the discussion of other reports, asked topical questions and expressed her opinion.

Senior Lecturer Tanatova A. D. thanked the organizers and all speakers and drew the attention of the participants of the webinar to the importance of preserving our cultural code and mentality in the process of entering the world space and globalization.
Associate Professor J.M.Akparova thanked K.K. Zhampeisova for organizing and conducting a webinar, where everyone was able to express their opinion and wish the students success, drawing attention to the fact that they are future intellectuals of the nation.

Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor N. N. Khan spoke about the formation of the idea of National Education and wished the students success in implementing this idea in their teaching activities.

Thanks to the work of the moderator, Professor K. K. Zhampeisova, the participants of the event were able to ask questions, share their conclusions and suggestions.

The webinar was attended by 105 students and teaching staff of the University.
