The program «Grants for supporting research and training of postdoctoral students (PhD)»

In Kazakhstan, with the support of the World Bank and the Scientific Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan, the program «Grants to support research and prepare graduate students (PhD)» was launched. 

The main goal of the program is to stimulate research that can positively affect the economy of Kazakhstan in the future, the preservation and development of the human potential of our country.

The grant program assumes the use of resources of leading scientific and production organizations of the world in developing the industrial and innovative potential of Kazakhstan. It is expected that scientists who have received experience of joint research abroad, will subsequently significantly improve the quality of research, conducted in their home country.

The deadline for applications is September 30, 2018, until 18:00 by the time of Astana.
