International Scientific and Practical Conference on «Best Practices in Preschool Education in the Republic of Kazakhstan»

With the support of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Institute of Early Childhood Development, an international scientific and practical conference dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the «Karlygash» kindergarten was held. The conference was attended by representatives from Norway, Qatar, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Belarus, Russia, and UNICEF, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Department of Preschool Education, representatives of domestic higher education institutions, heads of education departments and specialists from methodological centers.

The international scientific and practical conference was attended by Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences., Associate Professor U.K. Kyyakbayeva, and PhD., Associate Professors A.A. Alimbekova, A.I. Bulshekbayeva, and A.Zh. Zhakupova, a second-year doctoral student in the Preschool Education and Upbringing program by G.B. Kapsanova.

The event served as a platform for coordinating theoretical ideas and practical experience in preschool education and served as a basis for further discussion of current issues. As the plenary speaker U.K. Kyyakbaeva presented a report on training a new generation of preschool teachers.

The panel session featured the topic «The Energy of Nature: Environmental Practices for the Health of Preschoolers» (ZhTN AR25795211), with a report by A.Z. Zhakupova and G.B. Kapsanova.

The conference discussed current global trends and developments in preschool education, as well as accreditation and quality assurance issues.
