20.01.2025 Psychological training «Stress-free session» was held On January 20, 2025, the psychological training «Stress-free Session» organized by the Psychological Support Service was held with students from China and Mongolia of the Foundation Faculty.
The purpose of the psychological training is to reduce the level of emotional tension of students before the session, to develop effective stress management skills, to familiarize them with the techniques of self-regulation, relaxation and emotional state management.
In order to introduce students to each other, relieve tension and create a favorable environment, the training began with an introduction exercise «Name - movement». In the main part, exercises «Frankly speaking» and «Think Tank» were conducted, aimed at developing thinking and creating trusting relationships in the team. In order to activate the brain, several neurohymnastical exercises were performed. As part of the reflection, an exercise in the art therapy format «The Heart of our group» was conducted, during which the students showed the level of cohesion of their group and left positive impressions about the training.
More than 50 international students of the Foundation Faculty took part in the training.
