Meeting of the Chairman of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan D.Zhazykbai with students

 

On March 20, 2024, Chairman of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Darkhan Zhazykbai met with students of the university at KazNPU named after Abai. The event brought together students, undergraduates, doctoral students of graduate courses of the university and young civil servants, creating a unique platform for dialogue and exchange of experience.

 

Darkhan Zhazykbai stressed the importance of active participation of young people in shaping the future of the country and noted the main directions of development of the civil service, focused on the effective solution of current and future tasks. He spoke in detail about the development of a civil service model, ensuring transparency of the civil service, attracting young people to this area, developing human capital, training competitive specialists at the global level, and opportunities for recruiting young specialists to the personnel reserve and civil service. He shared his experience and knowledge in the field of public affairs management, reported on the challenges and prospects for young people seeking to develop a career in the civil service. The participants of the event asked questions, expressed their opinions and received valuable advice.

 

At the meeting, the department`s work plans were announced, qualification requirements for admission to public service, provision of cities of regional significance and rural regions with qualified young personnel, opportunities under the program "With a diploma to the village", social support for specialists, a career growth model, a personnel assessment system, professional development, selection to personnel reserves, the school of young civil servants, created at universities, for students to undergo practical training, internships for undergraduates and doctoral students in the field of public administration.

 

Rector Bolat Tlep, thanking the guest, noted that it is important for future specialists that they choose the path of service for the benefit of the state consciously and treat their work conscientiously and responsibly.

 

This meeting facilitated the mutual exchange of experience and knowledge between future specialists and experienced representatives of the state apparatus.
