The Future of teacher education: model, values, partnership

On February 29, 2024, an expanded meeting of the Educational and Methodological Association in the field of education "Pedagogical Sciences" on the topic "The future of pedagogical education: model, values, partnership" was held on the basis of KazNPU named after Abai. Chairman of the Board-Rector Bolat Tlep, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Banu Narbekova, representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Academy of Education named after I.Altynsarin, the National Center for Research and Evaluation of Education "Taldau" named after Akhmet Baitursynuly, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Institute of Early Childhood Development of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, heads of educational institutions and universities participated countries that provide training in the pedagogical field.

In his speech, Bolat Tlep stressed the importance of this meeting with representatives of the sectoral ministry and subordinate organizations of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and noted that the draft National Report "Quality Education accessible to everyone" is a national program for unified education and the issues on the agenda have a high role in the development of the country`s education sector and the training of teaching staff. "Increasing the competitiveness of teacher education requires new approaches to the training of teaching staff that meet modern requirements and international standards," he said.

Chairman of the Committee on Quality Assurance in the field of Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Adlet Toibayev delivered a welcoming speech at the plenary session. Gulzat Kobenova, Chairman of the Committee of Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, spoke in detail about the implementation of the national report, on the training of teachers of a new formation and retraining, on the institutional transformation of teacher education, and on the project "Modernization of secondary education".

The reports were made by Gulnaz Suleimenova, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Quality Assurance in the Field of Education of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Almagul Mukhamedkhanova, Chief Researcher of the I.Altynsarin National Academy of Education, Azamat Beisenbenov, Director of the Department of Human Capital Development of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken", Deputy Head of the Department of Education of Almaty Bakhytzhan Biekova, head of the department of the city Scientific and Methodological Center new technologies in education of the Department of Education Almaty Akimzhan Sailybayev, Director of the Institute of Early Childhood Development of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Gulshat Onlanbekkyzy, Research Professor at KazNPU Ayman Berikkhanova.

The meeting participants also discussed important ideas related to improving the training of teaching staff: current issues of quality assurance in the field of education, improvement of the educational process of teacher training, rating of educational programs in the field of Education. Creative platforms and presentation discourses on the results of scientific projects of the Faculty of KazNPU were also organized, widely used in the educational process of the university: personality-oriented technologies in personnel training, innovations in natural science education, laboratory of "Pedagogical measurement", robotics and STEM education, visual anthropology, scientific laboratory "Aitylgan Tarikh", electronic textbook on the course "Zoology", laboratory "Hyflex".
