A competition is being announced to fill the vacant position of head of the department

NJSC Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University nnounces a competition for the position of the Head of the department:

Faculty of Physical Culture and Basic Military Training:
Head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports.

Qualification requirements:
For the position of head of the department: higher and (or) postgraduate education, candidate or doctorate degree, work experience in educational organizations or scientific and pedagogical activities of at least 5 years.

A person applying for participation in the competition shall submit the following documents within the deadlines specified in the competition announcement:
1) Application to the Chairman of the Board - Rector for Participation in the Competition (according to Annex 1);
2) a participant`s service record with a 3x4 color photo in the prescribed form (Annex 2);
3) the candidate`s application form in paper or electronic format (according to Annex 3);*
4) a copy of identity card;
5) copies of diplomas of higher and/or postgraduate education, academic and scientific degrees, a document of academic title, and their originals for verification;
6) copies of retraining and advanced training certificates (if available) and originals for verification (for the last 3 years).
7) certificates of proficiency in foreign languages (if available);
8) list of scientific works and inventions certified by the Chief Scientific Secretary (for the last 5 years) ;
9) medical certificate in form No. 075/ or a copy of the sanitary book, fluorography;
10) certificates confirming the absence of registration in narcological and neuropsychiatric dispensaries;
11) certificate of no criminal record;
12) certificate of the presence or absence of information about the commission of a corruption offense;
13) additional documents: characteristics and/or recommendation letter from the last place of work, the participant of the competition has the right to provide additional information regarding his education, professional level, as well as documents confirming work experience and qualifications.

Education documents issued by foreign educational institutions must be submitted together with a notarized translation into Kazakh or Russian.

Education documents issued by foreign higher educational institutions to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan - holders of the Bolashak international scholarship, as well as within the framework of international treaties (agreements), are recognized in the Republic of Kazakhstan without undergoing the procedures for recognition of educational documents.

In case of incomplete submission of documents and (or) expired documents for participation in the competition, the application along with all documents will be returned to the applicant before the start of the competition.

The deadline for submitting applications and documents for participation in the competition: from the date of publication of the announcement until August 23, 2024 (incl).

Document Submission: The above documents must be sent in a scanned version by email to: hr.konkurs@abaiuniversity.edu.kz within the specified deadlines, and submitted in person to the address: Almaty, Dostyk Ave, 13 (Office No. 102, 1st floor) on working days from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

*Procedure for working with questionnaire data:
each candidate fills out the provided form «Candidate Questionnaire» based on individual indicators reflecting the candidate`s performance results for the academic period with supporting documents attached;
The completion of questionnaires is carried out by candidates based on the achieved results for the period specified in the "Measurement Period" section of the questionnaire.
