OUR SCHOLARS DELIVERED LECTURES AT AN INDONESIAN UNIVERSITY

Abai University has established partnerships with more than 160 leading universities around the world and continues to work successfully in exchanging experience in academic mobility on the international stage. As part of this cooperation, today scholars of our university delivered lectures at Padang State University in Indonesia.

Within the framework of the targeted funding program and grant-funded projects of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, PhD Ertai Sultan, Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation of Abai KazNPU, and Zhanatbek Ishpekbayev, Head of the Rector’s Office and Candidate of Political Sciences, are currently on an academic visit to Padang State University. Candidate of Political Sciences Zhanatbek Eshenkhozhauly delivered a series of in-depth lectures on “The Influence and Prospects of Islam as a Spiritual, Cultural, Political, and Social Phenomenon in Post-Normal Periods: The Experience of the Middle East and Central Asia,” while Doctor of Philosophy Ertai Sultan presented a set of intellectually rich lectures on “Foundations of Artificial Intelligence in Literature: Revealing Key Mechanisms, Consequences, and Future Trajectories.”

The lectures were attended by the academic and administrative staff, doctoral students, and students of the Faculty of Social Sciences, the Department of Islamic Studies, as well as the Faculty of Engineering of Padang State University. The scientific depth and intellectual breadth of Kazakhstani scholars generated great interest among the participants.

During the visit, the two universities discussed important areas of mutual cooperation and expressed their intention to further strengthen collaboration. The parties explored opportunities for implementing student academic mobility programs in various specialties, developing a joint doctoral program, as well as preparing integrated publications in academic journals.

This academic visit was carried out within the framework of the targeted funding program and grant-funded projects of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
