Abai University has started training directors- leaders of the new formation

Advanced training courses "Director - leader of a new formation" have begun at the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai, organized within the framework of the grant financing project of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (IRN AR 23488334). More than 50 directors and deputy directors of Shymkent city and Turkestan region take part in the courses. The program for the development of directors as leaders of the new formation includes: Module - 1. Successful models of leadership directors, Module - 2. Bilim berudegi innovatiyalar men zhobalardi baskaru, Module - 3. Creation and management of the digital educational environment, Module - 4. Professional growth and development of management teachers.

The courses are scheduled until March 14, 2025 (online) and from March 17 to March 21 in person.
